You know, I got to thinking. And my GOD this sound design is amazing. I could be reading too much into it, but I feel like the female vocals you hear, or what's supposed to be female vocals, represents when Emrakul had taken a human female form in Jace's mindscape only to completely terrorize him. That female voice is nothing more than a ruse hiding the absolute horror and majesty of the eldritch being that is Emrakul.
Because not everyone possesses the same sorts of information in their minds. This person did not know of MTG in the same way that you probably don't know the most significant work produced by a man named Kenneth Waltz.
