Go to a Hyosung dealership and buy GT250R rim and front breaking system and save the hassle and time.
Whatever you have done is really dangerous, that weld may break under pressure.

if that's a good weld, assuming there's no brazing, a 320mm disc would apply about 2200N on the caliper mount and the same on the rotor. iron's tensile strength is 540N/mm2. It'll hold. plus, hyosung brakes plain suck

Double disc ka alteration wala welding risky hae subse best double disc wali bike jaise benelli ka alloys or shocks lagalo aap ka kharcha thoda zyada hoga lekin risk bhi nahi hoga 👍

Not possible alloy rim dusri bike ka daloge toh wo fit he nhi hoga because waha itna gap nhi hai fork ke bech me if you want still you can try that too i tried with cbr 600 Alloy and it was not fitting in so try your luck bro
@@Lonewolfrc390r Bro I was not talking about 600cc segment bike, afcourse it will not fit on 300cc cuz it has smaller arm holders ....but I was talking about benelli 300 and I know one guy who has fitted benelli front folks on his bike and yeah u need to do chota mota jugaad to fit alloys on it with dual discs ....but it's not risky at all as the bike shown in this video ....yeah but it's kinda expensive ....hope u find this helpful👍
@@atozin6words2 need to change the lower T and upper holder to do that and end of the day putting 30k just on forks are waste and then alloy and other parts .

@@prs27 R15 v3 ke brakes acche hai, but agar body aisi dikhe aur tyres rim brakes chotte dikhe bc match hi nahi hota. also, agar 120/60 tyre lagake double disc lagaoge toh it's instant stopping power. Karna hai toh karo marna hai toh maro, mere paas hai v3, mujhe bhi karwana hai

It's single wire which get placed in tire hub (as a company fitted) so no need to do extra work om that

Reminder guys, don't do these. Modifying your bike by grinding disturbs the chassis at high speeds above 60kmph and may lead to unseen instances. Don't try this if you love yourself or the motorcycle. Dual disc rotors not recommended using this method. Save money and buy a bike that comes stock with it. Alterations like this not at all safe for riding. Peace out.
