It has, it is strong, but underground, where it belongs. It's a niche of its own. I personally don't care about corporate "hardcore" and I'm not bothered by the fact that these kind of "hardcore" bands and styles are more prevalent in mainstream. Underground will always exist in some form or another. Especially if it's DIY.

Their weakest album in my opinion. The production is too thin and mellow. Also, not enough rage in the vocals. They returned to form later.
