QoD: 1) Article 9 mentions about single citizenship.
2) only 1. Fundamental rights are justiciable in nature but they are not absolute in nature because they have got several restrictions imposed by the constitution.
Very nice session ma'am. Got to know many things by this session of yours. It is one of the most important chapter in polity and you have explained in such a lucid manner that this chapter becomes crystal clear for me.
Ma'am I have a request too!! Could you please explain the concepts of NRI, Overseas citizen, Passport holders etc. These concepts are not clear to me and in my opinion these concepts are important for our exams as well. So could your explain these concepts in your next session please!

Question of the day 1, article 9 states about single citizenship.. question of the day 2 only 1 will be the answer,FR is justiciable i.e we can move to judiciary if it got violated and FR is not absolute but qualified i.e it is not limitless....thank you mam😊
