    Great informative video! I just happen to have all of the materials to try this out on dispersing horse manure. Can't wait to give it a try!

    I love that! I can never get by beds leveled..I will need to modify that one to be narrower as my flower beds and border gardens are not very wide. Also, I don't have a riding mower so I will have to drag it myself. Thanks for the vid.

    I have box springs from a bed. Works great, the clods get inside and bounce around til they fall apart. No need for any weights.

    I know I am kinda late to the party, but showing my age, we used to do this when I was young to our little league fields and also local softball fields after a hard rain ( yes the box spring is great also).

    Do you think this would work to spruce up existing gravel, and remove any weed growth/depris on top?

    Do you think I could do this if I hitched it up to the back of my 4WD P/U truck? I don't have a tractor or ATV....

    I have the opposite problem. Male sig.other says they are useless! "Just skips right over the manure, doesn't spread it" I plan to try again when he's not home :D or I've also seen tyres linked together and dragged around, or an old wooden pallot. chances are, he didnt' have the gate weighted down enough. I could also try the cinder block idea as he just used wheel rims and tyre on the gate. (and I'm guessing not enough of them)

    i always just strap a railroad tie or two on the fence...works great...been doing this for forty years

      @ke6bnl 6 лет назад

      I just went out with a railroad rail about 4 foot wide. no t the best but worked ok. I had made the chain link on years ago but was warned that when they wear down they will break pieces of chain link off that become perfect tire poppers just a thought

    Hmmm i wonder if that bob brown is my brother from another mother :)) but oh yeah that's works like drag disk but lot cheaper..we used to use it on the ballfields and you can take the weight off,throw out grass seed and cover your seed

    Great video. I want to use this to make a kart track at my house. Wonder how long it would take to spread the dirt out nice and smooth. Yes I know I will have to pack the dirt back down. Will get a over size tire and drag it around. We race karts and I always want to race more so why not at my house for some test tune and fun while at it. Btw my kids use this same acct so don't pay attention if they something silly if you reply back. Joey.
