- Professor Sajjad Raja, the Chairman of the National Equality Party for Jammu Kashmir Gilgit Baltistan and Ladakh (NEP-JKGBL), made a striking comparison, shedding light on the disparate living conditions endured by the people of Gilgit Baltistan (GB) and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (POK) in contrast to those in India's Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh regions. During an interview with ANI, Prof. Raja emphasized the vast chasm in development, facilities, infrastructure, and law and order between the two regions, lamenting the dire situation faced by the inhabitants of POK and GB.

This is sickening and I really feel sorry for the people. Why do the common people have to suffer in the absence of basic needs like healthcare? Pakistan can do whatever it wants but it should not be at the cost of humanity! Yes, there is a tussle of power between India and Pakistan over J&K.
