DURANDURAN BDAY GIFT KAY PBBM? Sino gumastos at magkano?

For what could have been a ‘private party’ was nolonger secret when the news of a ‘surprised concert gift’ to PBMM amounting to millions of pesos reach the public scrutiny . Palace, was very quick to response, saying that it was a gift from a friend, however , the question remains, who is this generous friend? does he/she have any transactions to government that indebted him/her that much to the President ?
