Ok so I'll need you to clarify something is real henry actually in toon henry and Joey lied to Audrey saying it's not real henry? Because she's seen proof it's real henry. We all have seen that toon humans have spotty memories at best so true toon henry would only remember vaguely Linda but mostly his time working with Joey because those would be the memories Joey would use to make him. But henry out of the studio remembers shit not to do with either Linda or the studio. And again if henry out of the studio was real Henry used for the challenge, but not linked to the toon, how would real henry know of the loop and the studio if he never experienced it? Did Wilson somehow block toon Henry's memories of being real henry while in the studio and this insane challenge break that block?
