Welcome to FIRST - The Fitzpatrick Institute for the Restoration of Skeletal Tissue. This new centre based next door to our Orthopedic and Neurology Hospital aims to provide a range of validated evidence-based options for the treatment of intractable conditions of the neuromusculoskeletal system, which marry new advances in biomaterials such as trabecular metal and 3D printing with a revolution in regenerative medical techniques using stem cells and autologous blood-based therapeutics.
This pioneering centre will be the very first of its kind in the world for animals, where biology and mechanics will come together to change the course of the future of medicine.

This world is unbelievably lucky to have noel fitzpatrick in it, imagine the amount of animals that would die and have to be put to sleep because vets did not have the knowledge, guts and technology!
Thank God that noel is here to fight for all animals and put a end to stale veterinary medicine and that he recognises that us humans get so much medically and animals get so little, thankyou noel for your guts, intelligence and determination to make major changes in vetinary medicine and for all the animals life's that you have saved and will save in the future! I definitely have alot of hope! You are a amazing person doing amazing things!

Danke das es so Menschen gibt wie sie ❤❤❤ich schau jede Woche ihre Sendung im deutschen TV auf sixx und bin glücklich wie sie den Tieren helfen. Warum gibt es so tolle Ärzte nicht auch in Deutschland. Wenn mit meinem Hund mal etwas sein sollte komme ich zu ihnen nach England.
