Milk doesn’t cause acne neither does flour. I think he meant fast food, processed food, and junk food. Caramel macchiato is junk food because of the sugar content the milk is the healthiest part.

I agree with most of his points, but there's just some stuff I wanted to mention:
1. My skin breaks out a lot when I use a certain type of sunblock. I highly recommend getting one designed for your face, as well as a cheaper one for the rest of your body. Personally, I like to use Moogoo for my face (it's dairy based so be careful).
2. I get that sweat isn't ideal for your skin, but vigorous exercise (e.g running) is good for your heart and lungs. Just wash ASAP- letting sweat stay on your skin ain't it chief.
Feel free to correct me on any of these. I'm not an expert, just a dumbass with WiFi.

I don't recommend washing your face while it's still sweaty because it will cause tinea versicolor on your face, this has happened to me once for the same reason. Wipe your face dry first then wash your face. Based on my own experience :)
I have the same problem with sunblock. Even if I only use it for a couple hours at the beach is a nightmare for me...it clogs my pores so much and I have so much more pimples after. Its fucking disgusting what it does to my face. I try to use sunblock less possible. I prefer to burn my skin than come back home with more pimples.
