In pratica basta disegnare una griglia nera e fare che ongi spazio bianco abbia un numero facciamo caso che tu la fai di 5 quindi ogni 5 si ripete quello che devi fare e disegnare il movimento 1 solo sullo spazio uno il solo sul due e così via dopo devi prendere una griglia su un foglio trasparente poi fai passare la griglia sopra il disegno e avrai la tua magia spero di esserti stato utile

i refuse to believe this is possible without some sort of trick. Not the illusion, the actual drawing. The precision you need for this is ridiculous. each line needs to be spaced perfectly and needs to be perfectly vertical. You must have some sort of ridged surface beneath thats designed for the black sheet.
How did he draw that out? Typically you need to print these kinds of illusions from a digital image. There's no way he couldn't kept track of every frame in all those little lines by hand.
How? You must have plotted out the animation mechanically and then copied that drawing for the video. That's the only way I can think of that would come out so perfectly

There HAS to be some form of tracing involved. Hard enough to predict the animation but it would also need to be incredible precise to work that good.

Very old magic. There used to be books with those vertical lines in the 1920s to simulate movement. Dover had a few of those.
