Knockdown stitches in Pe-design 10

I just got PE11 and my screen doesn't look like yours so I still can't figure it out.😢

This is video is in Pe-design 10 but not much different than Pe-design 11. I left my settings to default and didn't customize it. Are you in Layout & Editing or another portion of the program? Put up a screen shot of yours to show what is different.
