เห็นด้วยคับ 100% Some (lazy) people use age as an excuse to not learn Thai & say that you (they) cannot learn certain things past a certain age & that certain things can only be learnt as a child .. all nonsense & a convenient excuse for their own laziness. Thank you again for this lesson/ story
Great video! I have recently moved to แม่เมาะ and am starting my own ฟาร์มมะละกอ. I have already been studying ภาษาไทยและภาษาอีสาน for 10 years, but I still have a long way to go! In my youth, by the age of 20, I was speaking English at a native American's level (my third language after Swedish and German). But now, nearing 50, it is so difficult to learn Thai! But as I plan to stay in Thailand for the rest of my life, I just have to keep on practicing!
Hi Bo. I'm now 66 and still trying to learn more Thai. The pandemic made me pause for awhile. The brain is like a muscle; it must be exercised. I am too old to be paid to teach English, but I hope to go to Thailand in February and volunteer somewhere. Any ideas? Love your videos!
