Zillow says it sold on 2/17/2021 for $5M. Quite a haircut from the asking price. No idea what the cost to build was, but this is looking like a spec house fail.
I am not envious, but I am not sure I could live in a place like this, even if I had the money. I would feel like I was living in a museum. Instead I'll take one of those beautiful, small, cozy houses in a lovely English village in the countryside any day.

way more than you can afford: Taxes: $65K and insurance $15K. All together without mortgage = about $140K.year. Now go work and make this money!
Gorgeous home but good luck unclogging that septic tank. Most homes in Potomac don’t have sewer water services from a city.
