The fact the he proudly embraced and sings in his African languages is his secret really, you got to love yourself and yours before anyone can love you.Too many Africans love everyone and everything but ours.Welldone to him.
I want to point out that there are no background dancers. There are no super fancy pyrotechnics. He totally carried this entire show by himself (incredible live band not to be diminished) with no gimmicks. No dull moments, alllll singing live. That is amazing. Long live Burna, my husband 😅❤
The amazing thing about Burna is u will hardly find dancers on his shows yet he kills every performance. I always tell people that this guy is exactly who he thinks he's hence the pride, enough bragging rights. He knows his Worth. His voice, his stage presence, crowd control, his unique soft dance steps. The band be doing the most 👏 Give him his flowers, when it comes to live performance leave it for this oga,he rules 🙌
Nothing but maximum respect for this Legend in the making! Not only is he the first Nigerian (and Artiste) to sell out and headline the prestigious Madison Square Garden but he has now joined the rank and file of pure musical Geniuses like Billy Joel, Jay Z, the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Stevie Wonder, U2, Bruce Springsteen etc. in doing so! The likes of Fela (if only he was still alive today), King Sunny Ade etc. would be musically-fulfilled knowing that their supreme efforts in exporting Afrobeats to other parts of the world (especially Europe & America) back in the 70s have not been in vain. Their legacy lives on. Well done Burna Boy - love your musical creativity and can't wait to see you in a musical orchestral next (maybe?).........

Burna Boy is so talented, and comfortable in his own skin. He is a musical genius! I first discovered him through the song, "For My Hand", with Ed Sheeran. I searched out his music on You Tube and became an avid fan, watching all his videos. I am so proud of all he has accomplished. I love his music, his loyalty to his country, including having all his background singers from Nigeria and his amazing Mom who is doing a stellar job promoting him in sellout concerts internationally.

Knowing I descend from there gives me such happiness in my heart. God bless Africa and All it's people wherever you may be

"Wahala for who no bow for nigeria" I like the socio-political aspect. Burna is really concern with the crisis in Nigeria he has used all possible means to air is discomfort just like fela. This makes me love him the more.
Let's appreciate how much work nigeria artists have made afrobeat an internationally accepted genre. See how the audience were all singing along to Dj Lambo mix
I'm just here in awe wondering how many sleepless nights of rehearsal it took to attain this perfection. Big ips to not just Burna but the entire band, dancers, lightning, creative directors, e.t.c.. every human that made this magic possible
I saw him 2 weeks ago in Amsterdam and it was the most perfect performance i have ever seen in my life !! Respect and much love. You are a gift from god 🙏🏾❤️☺️
I legit teared-up when Youssou N'dour took the stage. What an amazing introduction for an amazing artist. I will be playing back this concert many, many times.
This is the best concert I’ve seen in a generation. I hope BB stays authentic like he is right now. I hope he doesn’t get seduced and corrupted by the INDUSTRY! BB is a Real One!!! 🔥🔥🔥
This is iconic! This is a combination of undiluted talent, intense preparation and God's blessing. 3 hours and the voice still intact is unexplainable. The multi-racial audience was engaged all through. No screaming, jumping back and forth or begging the audience to sing along. The musical arrangement including the sound, equipment, vocalists and instrumentalists were right on point. Burna is the GOAT! He just left a standard. The stagecraft was classic. Other African artists should take a queue from this never-to-be-forgotten performance.

Much love to Burna boy and his stupendous band. The sax player was hitting it. I am Panamanian and hubby from Ivory Coast. We are Africa!
The 🎷sax and 🎺trumpet team just hits all the 🎶notes
When Burna comes up to tell everyone he is the best to ever do it, no one should try to cap nonsense please. Signed…Management 😮💨
