I think more ways to get health bars back is good, but it should be directly tied to engaging with enemy players. Rampage is a perfect example. If the mechanic allows for passive play as a safer option, people will inescapably use it to gain advantage whether its fun or not.
I love to have more ways to get bars back, especially when you're mostly playing Solo. Everyone is running super sweaty long ammo loadouts, and being one tap to body really isn't fun. Now that the events are over, if I go down and I know it's mostly long ammo in the fight, I just extract instead if I can, like why even bother continue dying to everyone and losing your Hunter? Which is kinda boring in a way, because now I have to go back to lobby and redo the whole matchmaking process. During the event I could just loot someone, or go to the sealed cache and be back in the fray, keeping a potentially awesome fight going for longer. Much more fun when one single death doesn't mean the match is over, even against sweat lords.

I understand, why they nerfed redskull revive. But they did as usual, when the try to 'balance'. During the event with e dozen of possibilities to get bars back, it might have been fine. But in vanilla HUNT, burning 50 HP while there is most likely no way to restore it - the banish is gone, you already have the bounty - making you instantly a oneshot kill for everybody is bullshit. But this nerf is like from 120% down to 10%. It's like the flashbomb nerf - if you don't want us to use it - remove it. But this 'balancing' is ridiculous.
I think burning 25 instead of 50 makes more sense. It already takes so long to do the revive, and this way there's actually incentive to take a 50 bar instead of always respec-ing to 25 at the end.
I'm personally torn. While it sucks having to lose those bars, it's now way harder for it to be abused. I think they (crytek) were going for a red skull revive being something you did when it was safe to do so and the fighting (as far as you know) is over. It's now something you have to do tactically instead of mindlessly. If I kill you 3-5 times in a fight, it should cost your team something to pick you up beyond that. And if I light your corpse on fire, and you all do nothing to stop it, then there should be consequences to getting you back up again. Sucks when it happens to you, but I think it was a good change.
I prefer having chunks back outside of the boss. That gives me a fair chance if i had a fight outside the bounty team, and i can fight thr bounty team at full bars. Otherwise, it's just xtract at that point

i honestly think the main cache should be a permanent feature and make it so that you only get pledge marks from looting bodies, that way there is a way to get health bars back but only if you engage with pvp and then go to a hot zone
I think the ability to get bars back is good. But i think red skulls need to be locked to bounty carrier. To many people just ran away and came back to res skull burnt out people with lawless after bounty was gone
i was fine with the medkit center of map that restores. but not happy with how every team could use it. it should have 2 uses total like all others first come first served. the loosting bars back is cool in concept but if theres no limit to it its very bad cause then the farmers just go to corner or map farm thousands of kills per game to get p100 accounts and sell them for 500$. not a healthy mechanic
Ofc, we need another way to restored bars. Its just not fare when you killed 2 teams in a big fight at boss, dont have time to kill and banish, and then arrive new fresh team from another end of the map and one tap all your team

About the Health Bars. I think it would be better, when only solos were able to get them back.

I say make more ways for health bar back and make long ammo 74 damage to body where you can be down small bar and still take a body shot
