Priyettan doing a movie with '2' for the first time though it's not a sequel of Hungama. It was Priyettan's Bollywood film after a long break from Bollywood. It was his first comedy movie after a painful depression phase(though he made a great art film and a thriller after that). But still Hungama 2 was better than the comedies of today and it was not outdated. Maybe Priyettan was trying to make a comedy of slapstick like today but he got disconnected to the roots of situational humor.
