    What an OS! Truly inspiring... I've realised that when you create the synced block menu on the left, and view the workspace on mobile, the view gets all messed up. Does that happen with you as well, then you're reducing the window size on your desktop or viewing in mobile?

    Can you email, follow up, take notes, create automation, email marketing campaigns within your system? Or would I need a tool such as ActiveCampaing for that?

    Hi Gerrard. Thanks for all the great content. This Is by far the best Notion set-up I have seen!
    I was wondering if you have a good solution on consolidating the tasks from all the client portals into the "agency" dashboard. This is something I'm working on now.
    Let's say I have 10 clients. I want to see all their HP tasks in one kanban on my side.
    Have a great night!

      Hi Christopher, thanks for your kind comments :)
      You've pointed out something that many people are now requesting--so it sounds like I should set aside some time to solve it! I know exactly what you mean and haven't yet come across a solution I'm satisfied with--in the coming weeks I'll be diving back into this issue of consolidating client portals, and will share with you anything I come up with :)

      I solved this problem by creating a master task database and adding a relation to my clients database. Inside the client page I filtered the tasks by client.
      The only downside is that if you have to share your tasks for a specific client with someone, you will have to share the whole tasks database too in order for it to show up.
      Hope it helps you in some way.

    hi' thanks a lot for the video.
    one question.... how did you place all databases into those beautiful squares that surround them?
    thanks

      Hi Dalak, use a Callout block, drag your database inside, then set the background color to ‘Default’ 👌

    Hey how did you get the CTR, CR and OR?
    I tried it using (opened/sent to)*100
    And then I tried putting your sample data which is (105/245)*100 and it gives me a CTR of 71%
    On 17:47
    Thanks btw. Appreciate the content ❤

    • @landmarklabs

      Hey, so it’s:
      - Open Rate = Opens / Sent to
      - Click Rate = Clicks / Sent To
      - CTR = Clicks / Opens
      Then I added a rounding property to the formula in Notion and set the format to %
      You can actually click into and see the formula with the preview of the workspace here: landmarklabs.notion.site/Email-c748df95a3f64d77be55a92fa83c49d6

    Hi, there! In the marketing agency where I work, we are using this template.
    In the client portal, create an account for each of the agency's clients, and inside add data tables to organize the activities and pending tasks to which you assign a team member who must fulfill that task.
    With the people filter, each member can filter their tasks from that table and that's fine, but I would like the option to filter all tasks from client accounts and have it appear in one place. Is that possible?

    • @landmarklabs
      @landmarklabs  Год назад

      Hi Pamela, sorry for the delay in seeing this getting back to you! Unfortunately this isn’t possible with the current setup, as it would require making tasks belong to a master database that’s shared across all client portals… the issue with this is that with Notion’s current permissions settings, you can’t block only a portion of tasks-and so every client would technically be able to see every other clients tasks (even if you hide and filter them out, this is obviously a privacy issue).
      Sorry I don’t have better news, but for now the best workaround is to create a quick copy of each task from each Client portal in your main Agency OS-from there you can filter and create views that aggregate all tasks in one place.
      Hope that helps :)

    Hey Man
    Just got this template, and it's been super awesome so far.
    One thing I need your help with, under the Client Portal: The Tasks don't seem to be connected to the Projects as well as the Tracking % Progress.
    Also, when I archive a task, it doesn't go off to the Archive as it's supposed to.
    Any help?

      Hi Emmanuel,
      Thanks for the message, and thanks for flagging this! You’re right, in the Client Portal 2.0 the Progress Bar isn’t fully hooked up to the rollup-okay if I send you a quick Loom via email to walk through how to update this?
      Will do the same for Archiving tasks 👌
      Thanks again, and glad you’re enjoying the setup.

      Okay, back at my desktop now and recorded a couple of Looms for you to make the updates. Leaving it here in case anyone runs into the same issue, although the Agency OS template has now been updated with these fixes!

    Hi Gerrard :) Wondering what's the difference between Agency and Landmark OS. I just got the Agency one before discovering others - am I missing out :) ?

    • @landmarklabs
      @landmarklabs  Год назад +2

      Hi Antonela, thanks for the comment. Let me follow up in an email and give you a bit more of a breakdown :) short version is that Agency OS is a little more ‘ready-out-the-box’, while Landmark OS is more flexible-but takes a little more work at first to get it setup how you want it.
      Again, will send you an email with some more info.

    I don´t understand the difference between you 2 offers. Can you please explain. I am interested

    • @landmarklabs
      @landmarklabs  2 года назад

      Hi Nicolas, happy to help clarify, which 2 offers do you have in mind? We have 'Models', which are basically advanced templates for specific types of businesses (e.g. 'Digital Marketing Agency', 'Freelancer', 'Content Creator') and then we have a Notion add-on tool called 'Flotion', which is to help you design your own Notion workspaces and tools more easily.
      Are those the ones you had in mind? Or were you referring to the difference between two speciifc models.

    • @nicolasschill5972

      @@landmarklabs Ok so the package for $299 is with flotion which helps me to customize my notion, right?
      I´m totally new with notion. Is it possible to start with the $89 package and upgrade to the package with flotion if needed afterwards?

    • @landmarklabs
      @landmarklabs  2 года назад +1

      @@nicolasschill5972 Yep, that's right; it includes the Flotion editor + all the models in our Landmark library (which you can then start from as templates and customize as you like).
      And certainly. What I can do is create a code for you on purchase of the Digital Makreting Agency model which will let you redeem $89 off any future Flotion license purchase. That'll let you 'upgrade' if you ever choose to do so, without paying twice on your initial model.
      Feel free to reach me at gerrard@landmarklabs.co. I'll keep an eye out and if you do go ahead with a purchase, I'll create that code for you and send via email.
      Thanks,
      Gerrard
