This is just my opinion on this song. I think that Maria Brink was better on this song. No offense to Ash she is awesome it just I liked how Maria sang it. But Ash and Chris are awesome together though. It is still an awesome version though

Ash basically used him for fame. The fanbase is pretty sure that The Ladder by MIW is about her and they topped talking years ago. Chris had also stated that it has nothing to do with Gaia. Ash has commented angry faves under pictures of Chris and Gaia and has exposed Gaias real name to people without her permission. Ash has blocked Chris, Gaia, and others and I'd send you the picture of Chris's statement but I can't

Also, if it's true that they fucked, it's likely they both cheated on others. All in all, it's possible she was bad and he can vent for that, but a man talking about how women sleep their way to the top doesn't sit well with me since guys like him never criticise the powerful men in charge benefiting and enabling that. Who really knows? Although, the chorus of The Ladder reminds me of a certain masquerade party in angel eyes. But those are just speculations. And ash did give out her deadname without Gaia permission. That an invasion of Gaias privacy and that's obviously a part of Gaia that she wants to forget. I'm going to send the picture now though🖤
