you guys should make them vote for 2 people to be eliminated and then those two people have to do a challenge to see who gets to stay. You could look up some of the challenges on the show Survivor.
Not good for the viewers' sake for fan favorites Joe and Leah to go out THAT early. Should've delayed the eliminations a day after or perhaps even had the Sidemen decide on the worst contestant for the first two eliminations before letting players vote.
Thats the issue with shows like this, public vote ends up with the person with most subs winning, and the cast voting ends up with people just making an alliance to get out whoever they want gone
My only problem is that they didnt settle Leah vs Castillo on the basis of who spent more. That would have been fair and would show other contestants that saving is important
Maybe when its a tie for most nominations it should go down to who has spent the most (don’t have to reveal the amount) maybe it encourages them to do better at saving and in the challenges. Got to be something better than rock/paper/scissors
I agree, but make it more complex than just how much they spent. How much they’ve contributed and also cost the team. So ginge laughing in silent library should have -10k added to his total in addition to his spending, and Fanum should get +50k added to his total for eating the donut for example. This also incentivises them to try a bit harder in challenges, as well as creates a bit more competition. They might have been more willing to go for the higher value stuff in the eating channel for example if they knew it would give them an advantage in a tied vote.
If you guys do this again, more contestants that actually try. When the show is just full of people there for jokes, you might as well have just put them in a house with no actual show concept.

I think it’s the blend of different characters and personalities is what makes this so interesting, Specs and Manrika are necessary evil that play the villain role well.

Those who spend the least should be rewarded with immunity or something, creates a bigger incentive.

People voting cannot work, you are talking about people who are not fan of specific person. Some fans have a big fanbase, they have subreddits, discords etc. They will gang up and outnumber neutral people. If you put all sidemen with people voting, you know either Harry or JJ will win.

Honestly it’s amazing because it’s almost like survivor your gonna have heroes and villains, Castillo is a perfect villain who does well with his sneaky spending, Leah is a hero with a legit want to test herself stays true to the reason she’s there
Honest, the first episode I watch 4 minutes and like turned show off, came back and watched again and all and now watched everything so far. Its good cast and concept. However some critic from my side that it could be more strictness in challanges, and give them option to lose it all or keep the amount of money that is left.

Yet not a single word of support from any of the sidemen on it to support her, ( I'm really not sticking up for her but two wrongs don't make a right) and her career could be in tatters now, what brand will want to work with someone who's instagram is just a sea of "your a vile human". This is why I feel the casting is appalling, these people aren't relatable, funny, or engaging, just intolerable thus generating the inevitable backlash that could be career ending for some. I feel like the sidemen/producers thought they could bring these influencers followers over to the platform by having them on the show, but no, its still just the usual sidemen audience watching, thats why people like Leah have gained 200k+ followers but the sidemen haven't gained anywhere near that. Next season they really need to appeal to their existing audience, could of had bambinobecki, Jack joseph, ally law, nightscape, Cole anderson, jay/romell, deji, willne, ollie ball, filly, chunkz, callux, freezy, gib, lauren alexis etc etc the list is endless and while people can't commit a week out of their lives for the show, id guarantee at least 3 of the ones I mentioned would of been able to commit to it/would love to do it

My healthy critique of the show would be that theres too many people who want to spend and theres no incentive for them to want to save , since theyre influencers who are getting clout either way. So theres a huge lack of tension when it comes to the money part. So there needs to be non influencers cast , or more incentive to save . The reason why specs is getting hate despite being entertaining is because hes taking the tension and excitement out of the format itself.
That actually would be wild if they went inside themselves and maybe added like a doesnt have to plan sidemen sundays for x amount of days or something to get them more invested in the winners and had like the troops come in and do challenges for them. Hopefully they will make it bigger and longer. A week is too short to make things interesting. People need to stew in the boredom to start causing drama, hence why big brother lasts months. Also, if it lasts a month or something the temptation would weigh more, and they would have the opportunity to make the challenges bigger and more interesting. Of course tho, they would need to level up for that. They are at a mid high level because they don't earn as much as they spend once it gets too big, but that could be solved by getting normal sponsors instead of paying it themselves and using only SDMN brand stuff.
I think it would be fun if, in next season, they had to vote for someone (spends the most, worst in challenges) but they don’t know that they are voting them out; I think it’s become more of a “I am not close to them” thing, which is a popularity contest of sorts.

I think Randy should be in one of the seasons. I know y’all don’t want to include people you guys know but at least one or two people would be good. Also, I think public voting would be good! Maybe it doesn’t have to decide every time someone leaves but at least one of the eliminations you should allow the public to vote. That would keep it juicy.
Season 2 is a must so long as the sidemen learn from the mistakes made. The things that need changing are the voting system, the public needs to be involved and it's a revenue stream, the usual housemates put up several people for the public to vote on should suffice. More sidemen involved in the show somehow. Revealing what is being spent and by who as well as a consequence for spending eg immunity for those who don't spend. A lot more publicity that the next series is about to begin. More food focused tasks rather than having the opportunity to upgrade meals they have to earn them. I don't want to commit to a subscription but would happily spend a little on a vote. That's the revenue stream you should be tapping into.

To me, something feels off. I understand not wanting all try hards, but you need people who are going to be jokes while respecting the concept/integrity of the game. Also there’s no way to offset the power people have of carelessly spending money. The people who want to save can’t do anything about that. The power is in the spenders when there should also be some power on the hands of those who save. There needs to be some sort of leverage that they can have/get to stop people from spending. Or there needs to be some reward or extra incentive to not spend money. Or there needs to be a penalty to the person who spends the most in a day or something like that. Make how much the individuals spend matter a little bit
I disagree with there being 'a good balance' in the cast. There weren't enough people who weren't keen on spending and they predictably got eliminated. The stakes feel lower in recent episodes. Just feels like a comedy show with fake arguments when nobody actually cares about the money. If it was split 5 - 5 or something I think there would have been a lot more room for genuine conflict.
I would hate pure public voting. Why? Because unlike lets say love Island the objective is to "find love" AND finish best couple win 10k. On Inside the objective is to take home the prize fund and then spend the least. Its too objective on inside so public voters will just go for lowest spenders when the contestants should only be concerned with each other not the public. Love island very subjective so public voting is more sensible there because your decision-making as a voter is more about what you define as "love". As well as other differences such as the duration. Inside is a week and is pre recorded, love Island is multiple weeks. So to vote on love Island, you'd have to be more committed, voting on inside is just going to be prejudgement as you wont have the time to consider other factors. And finally just general similar issues, in my opinion, with public voting. Popularity contest, whos looks the best, who does the audience know beforehand with the biggest following. I wont mind a mixture of public and in house voting but a format change would be needed.

Couple suggestions. do NOT let the public vote on anything important. The public can never be trusted with important decisions. Make some of the important things less... Subjective or no skill. Meaning Rock paper scissor for who goes is not good, its like Survivor and making fire. No one likes that stuff. Also, the MVP shouldn't be picked by the Sidemen, especially when it offers immunity. That could be seen as playing favorites. There should be criteria or something. Also, having watched some reactors, I think some aspect of the game need to be clarified better on screen. Like the Chloe and the balloon. People watching didn't fully understand she couldn't touch it with both hands.

(Spoilers) The votes should’ve been challenged based. I get you need a balance otherwise it would be boring but you’ve got 7 personalities all the same and 3 the same. With Joe gone the majority is too big to not gang up on Leah and nife and with Leah leaving it’s too easy to pick people off. The votes are based on personal opinions and feelings right now. But besides Castillo and fannum who are spending but not saying or trying to blame it on other people there’s some just spending for the sake of it. It’s like going on trust fund or big brother and spending as much money as you can to have a good time. But if the voting was challenged based it incentivizes people to try a bit more and it makes it fair you have a say in if you go out or not. Like in the challenge tv show there’s winners and losers in the challenge they vote on players to go head to head in an elimination loser goes home. The votes should have that style not just vote for your friends or who you like kinda ruins the game aspect of it. But these are things you learn as you do more of this content style I guess. Also the series is great a lot more entertaining then I thought however the coming up trailers have lowkey ruined the lure of the cliffhangers you leave at the end because well it just gives away who’s still in and who’s got eliminated anyways. Other than those 2 things the series has been great.

This is a good idea. I think it wouldn't be very entertaining for the public to vote. The contestants with the largest fan base would always win.

My healthy critique of the show would be that theres too many people who want to spend and theres no incentive for them to want to save , since theyre influencers who are getting clout either way. So theres a huge lack of tension when it comes to the money part.
So there needs to be non influencers cast , or more incentive to save . The reason why specs is getting hate despite being entertaining is because hes taking the tension and excitement out of the format itself.
That actually would be wild if they went inside themselves and maybe added like a doesnt have to plan sidemen sundays for x amount of days or something to get them more invested in the winners and had like the troops come in and do challenges for them. It would be Inside Pt. II Sidemen Edition. Maybe have like Phil or someone also. Just hard cause they all know eachother so maybe votes can be based on something else.

Hopefully they will make it bigger and longer. A week is too short to make things interesting. People need to stew in the boredom to start causing drama, hence why big brother lasts months. Also, if it lasts a month or something the temptation would weigh more, and they would have the opportunity to make the challenges bigger and more interesting.
Of course tho, they would need to level up for that. They are at a mid high level because they don't earn as much as they spend once it gets too big, but that could be solved by getting normal sponsors instead of paying it themselves and using only SDMN brand stuff.

I think Randy should be in one of the seasons. I know y’all don’t want to include people you guys know but at least one or two people would be good. Also, I think public voting would be good! Maybe it doesn’t have to decide every time someone leaves but at least one of the eliminations you should allow the public to vote. That would keep it juicy.
Season 2 is a must so long as the sidemen learn from the mistakes made. The things that need changing are the voting system, the public needs to be involved and it's a revenue stream, the usual housemates put up several people for the public to vote on should suffice. More sidemen involved in the show somehow. Revealing what is being spent and by who as well as a consequence for spending eg immunity for those who don't spend. A lot more publicity that the next series is about to begin. More food focused tasks rather than having the opportunity to upgrade meals they have to earn them. I don't want to commit to a subscription but would happily spend a little on a vote. That's the revenue stream you should be tapping into.

To me, something feels off. I understand not wanting all try hards, but you need people who are going to be jokes while respecting the concept/integrity of the game. Also there’s no way to offset the power people have of carelessly spending money. The people who want to save can’t do anything about that. The power is in the spenders when there should also be some power on the hands of those who save. There needs to be some sort of leverage that they can have/get to stop people from spending. Or there needs to be some reward or extra incentive to not spend money. Or there needs to be a penalty to the person who spends the most in a day or something like that. Make how much the individuals spend matter a little bit

I disagree with there being 'a good balance' in the cast. There weren't enough people who weren't keen on spending and they predictably got eliminated. The stakes feel lower in recent episodes. Just feels like a comedy show with fake arguments when nobody actually cares about the money. If it was split 5 - 5 or something I think there would have been a lot more room for genuine conflict.

I would hate pure public voting.
Why? Because unlike lets say love Island the objective is to "find love" AND finish best couple win 10k. On Inside the objective is to take home the prize fund and then spend the least.
Its too objective on inside so public voters will just go for lowest spenders when the contestants should only be concerned with each other not the public. Love island very subjective so public voting is more sensible there because your decision-making as a voter is more about what you define as "love".
As well as other differences such as the duration. Inside is a week and is pre recorded, love Island is multiple weeks. So to vote on love Island, you'd have to be more committed, voting on inside is just going to be prejudgement as you wont have the time to consider other factors.
And finally just general similar issues, in my opinion, with public voting. Popularity contest, whos looks the best, who does the audience know beforehand with the biggest following. I wont mind a mixture of public and in house voting but a format change would be needed.

Couple suggestions. do NOT let the public vote on anything important. The public can never be trusted with important decisions.
Make some of the important things less... Subjective or no skill. Meaning Rock paper scissor for who goes is not good, its like Survivor and making fire. No one likes that stuff.
Also, the MVP shouldn't be picked by the Sidemen, especially when it offers immunity. That could be seen as playing favorites. There should be criteria or something.
Also, having watched some reactors, I think some aspect of the game need to be clarified better on screen. Like the Chloe and the balloon. People watching didn't fully understand she couldn't touch it with both hands.

(Spoilers) The votes should’ve been challenged based. I get you need a balance otherwise it would be boring but you’ve got 7 personalities all the same and 3 the same. With Joe gone the majority is too big to not gang up on Leah and nife and with Leah leaving it’s too easy to pick people off. The votes are based on personal opinions and feelings right now. But besides Castillo and fannum who are spending but not saying or trying to blame it on other people there’s some just spending for the sake of it. It’s like going on trust fund or big brother and spending as much money as you can to have a good time. But if the voting was challenged based it incentivizes people to try a bit more and it makes it fair you have a say in if you go out or not. Like in the challenge tv show there’s winners and losers in the challenge they vote on players to go head to head in an elimination loser goes home. The votes should have that style not just vote for your friends or who you like kinda ruins the game aspect of it. But these are things you learn as you do more of this content style I guess. Also the series is great a lot more entertaining then I thought however the coming up trailers have lowkey ruined the lure of the cliffhangers you leave at the end because well it just gives away who’s still in and who’s got eliminated anyways. Other than those 2 things the series has been great.
