Awesome list! kinda proud (and concerned) that most of the clippers listed are ones I'm either currently subbed to or have personally eliminated. would like to shout out _dk. they do pretty good quality subs and they've been active more lately but I couldn't find them on the list.
also statsky tl, subs that are on the longer side. they're currently mainly clipping raden from dev_is
dahhe subs does 15-20 mins stream highlights and mainly from pekora. they came back like last month after inactivity for 2 years

Idk i didn't clock in my time, i just go and edit it every now and then over the course of 4 months. Probably 2 weeks if i didn't had anything else going on

If Google's going to put ads around your content-- regardless of what that content is-- they should break off a piece of that for the uploader. It doesn't seem right that there should be a double standard.
I didn't really discuss it in the video that much but i think we can all agree that as long as the reuploaded content is transformative it can be justified for monetization.
As for a freebooter (reuploading content without changing it. i.e. someone worked hard on that video/show/animation to make it and someone just clip something out of context to make it funny) i wouldn't argue that it should be monetized. I had this happened to me where people reupload my animations before, and i ask them to take down my animation, It's my content i worked on for months (this was before i did hololive stuff)
In youtube's eyes (guidlines) clippers are freebooters (reuploads clips)
Personally i think if they edit the clip to a point that you don't have the same experience as watching the stream/vod then it's transformative, and it should be monetized (Clippers like Parfait Operational Guidebook, Shotam, Sapa the Memer)
But youtube wont count subtitle/translations or simple edits.
Now as for reaction channel if they're "transformative" some of them are, educational. (VFX artist React or Lawyer/doctor React to anime/show)
some are just idk why they're getting paid for staring and not even reacting. Literally reuploading content without Insight.
