    This may be the absolute best video I've ever seen in my 4 years of processing trauma! Great song choice for reframing the idea of loser! Really, the minute you did that and I started laughing. It sort of broke the trance and sometimes I think that's what our thoughts can be -:a trance that we're used to being in! Calling attention to that pesky voice that we sometimes don't even hear, is so helpful and powerful for one's daily functioning. 🎉❤

    I like the acoustic distancing, you kinda play with the thought instead of letting the weight of it get you down. and part 11 now!? we are reaching new levels! im liking it 😄

      Yes, exactly- by playing with it, it looses its threatening appearance! And yes - part 11 - the last one 🙂 Next week I‘ll address other topics again. I‘ll start out with psychological/emotional addiction to emotional deprivation.
