    Kabhi kisi auction me participate karke dekho, bid value market rate pe ya usse upar hi jati hai auction me, Reserve price 40% sasta hota hai, par milti toh market rate se upar hai

    Everything is not so easy .
    The owner plays lots of games and makes every attempt to put some case or the other .
    There will be posession issues or some Will or gpa or agreement will come up after auction . Then new owner and old owner can keep on fighting . The bank moves out .

    Bank will only recover their loan, new buyer will not get keys no responsibility of bank in such cases
