What do you want me to answer? :')
I guess that the fact that someone loves his not super well-known and exposed to the world music so much that decides to film and put a video as a humble tribute singing (after taking the extra effort of making a backing vocal for it), can be considered an insult because I don't match the "passion" and of course the "faith" of the original vocalist. Yep.
Take a break from your bitterness, relax, and enjoy life and music in a healthier way 😘

@@edeschneeden9223 Its music. Given to the public. First and foremost.
And then, if we're going to bring out how the audience adopts and uses it, using religion as an argument, I feel free to quote Colin himself (thequietus.com), who seems to be a very open-minded fella, holding a line-up for Wytch Hazel that includes agnostic/atheist even if he writes about his personal faith and view of the world.
Me, an atheist, can appreciate the poetry moved by the principles that he seems to embrace from Christianity "integrity, love and kindness", that in any case, should be universal for every human no matter their personal beliefs. So I'll stick to that.
I don't think an individual who "preaches" in those terms, would consider "nearly" an insult, but on the other hand, see the positive and appreciate the effort and dedication in regard to his music.
I hope I'm misunderstanding the intention of your comment, because otherwise, it's a quite depressing and oppressive view, and I'm not interested in it.
