Yeah that's a big boy, the capture of that hailstone. Unbelievably so, a freak storm came out of Hells Canyon in Idaho and plummeted my house and area with baseballs. 60 mile an hour winds and 2 ft of hail piled up against my house. Three of my kitchen windows were busted out. Many cars in the area were totaled. I got underneath my table, I thought I was going to die. It looks like most will get a break this week. I hope so, and I feel for the folks in the Midwest and Southeast. Hang in there!

God bless all those who were killed. It was terrifying, guys. The tornado sirens were going off for 3 hours straight, there was no rain that hit us at all but the winds were next level intense. The big red stormcell missed me and my gf's house by 20 miles. It just zipped by in this arrow-like west to east direction. My girlfriend was shaking the whole time, I was literally(foolishly) drinking vodka to calm my nerves.
Our little wooden house would have been destroyed, and I woulda been sucked up into the sky and then smashed to the ground, I know it.
God bless all the families who lost loved ones. God bless the state of Texas, who has now endured raging fires _and_ storms. I love all of you, my fellow Texans. ❤💙

Hailstones the size of baseballs were reported in Texas during severe storms, adding to the dangerous weather conditions in the region. Large hail can cause significant damage to property, vehicles, and crops, posing risks to people and animals caught outdoors. Residents are advised to seek shelter indoors and take precautions to protect themselves and their belongings during severe weather events.
