@donlu6814 use Johnny Cage and use the Bubble gum relic that says you lose unless you taunt every 30 seconds. Although make sure you taunt and hit Rain with the uppercut down plus triangle and his health goes down faster and he won’t regain much health. There’s a talisman that gives 280 plus health use that one if you don’t have that one build buy a strong talisman and or build one. But any strong talisman works if you use the bubblegum relic just make sure you taunt every 30 seconds just count in your head cuz there’s no timer and keep hitting him with the uppercut you won’t lose trust me.

I learned that you can hit the water balls he produces to lessen the healing effect. It still doesn't make it any less annoying.
