Relaxing day @ Castaway Cay | Disney Dream | 4N Bahamian Cruise

Hi Guys, sharing with you our relaxing stop at the beautiful Castaway Cay, Disney Cruise Line's private island in the Bahamas.
The island embodies a tropical paradise theme with a Disney twist and you would feel the family-friendly environment that feels both secluded and magical as you discover more of the place.
There are several water activities that are available such as snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking and water slides. We also took the opportunity to rent a bike on this stop and would highly recommend this activity if you get a chance. Disney also offers different excursion adventures if this is something that you'd like to participate on.
As for the dining options, BBQ stations are scattered across the island offering BBQ-quick service snacks. On this trip, we tried the bbq buffet at Serenity Bay which is an adults only area. I would highly recommend to have your lunch here as they offer grilled rib-eye steaks which is not available on any location in the island. You are free to take food out and eat it in the family friendly area in case you have little ones in your entourage.
We also noticed many Disney characters often roaming the island for photo ops so take advantage of this if you can.
Castaway Cay is truly an idyllic escape with all the convenience and entertainment that you would expect from Disney and our visit was a day full of leisure and adventure!
