- Extreme mudding at Mud Nationals 2019 at Hillarosa Atv Park! I’m on my Honda Rancher with 30” Silverbacks, a CPP 35% gear reduction, and a lot of other mods. The mud here was insane and you definitely had to have your bike set up right to make it through these trails! Featuring some monster Polaris Sportsmans, some Can-Ams, and Some Hondas. What kind is the green one and what tires are those
Does your bike throw an overheat alarm if your rad gets caked up with mud? My foreman 500 always has a high temp alarm when i mud ride. It’s stock and (Not relocated)
Gavin Kelly put a water hose on your radiator and let water run on it for like 20-30 minutes after every ride and you should stop having that issue
You’d be a great ride guide. My style, check out the whole park first day!! Your Honda is awesome. But without an axle paddle you got a boat anchor in the ruts. Why not a Ruby? IRS, or at least 500SRA with diff lock?
ToadHoleOntario thanks... and in this video you can see that I was in a bad rut in the hole at the end..... the straight axle stayed on top of the rut while the bike just creeped its way through.... and my shit floats so I usually just float over bad ruts in a hole and work the bike from side to side.... the only time that I actually have an issue with bad ruts is when I’m coming out of a hole with a bad rut. Lol

IDK if u know this but with the Honda wheelers without a front diff lock u can put front brakes on slightly and fool the diff to spin other wheel

Seems like neither one of us lucked out for mud nats! Though I did come across two different machines to take for a ride during my time there...still nothing like having your own to ride. Definitely aiming for next year...I have to say after this trip I am hooked on the South!
