A true class act. One of the best examples of "don't judge a book by it's cover" I've ever seen. Martyn seems to be extremely honest, educated, well spoken, fair, dedicated family man, and overall a great human being. A proper example of a role model for young men to look up to, dare I say a proper English gentleman. Wonderful upload, well done, well done indeed. Thank you for the candid interview.

His comments on children and tech are spot on. My daughter doesn't have a phone, tablet ect and we don't own a tv. I notice the difference between her and her peers, she always is engaged when spoken too, her ability to concentrate is better and she hates being cooped up inside. She'd rather be climbing a tree or making a fairy garden!
I was a fat kid (steroid medication) and I'm so glad that people were allowed to tell me the truth back then. It gave me the motivation to go from a size 22 to a size 10. Facts dont care about your feelings. I'd rather be healthy with 'hurt feelings' than feel happy about being fat and die young, leaving my daughter behind.

From the little i have seen of him prior I just knew he was a massive guy with a presence of physical dominance and that is what i chalked him up to be .. listening to the man now is nothing short of jaw dropping I am so pleasantly surprised to know this side of him .. the real person. Cracking bloke. Feel like he quickly dismissed Thor’s ability - Technique is everything in boxing you don’t have to be nasty as he says to school someone. Best way to gas yourself out trying to kill the opponent. Technique is repeatable so training is the same as the actual fight, you can’t replicate the feeling/intensity of wanting to kill someone so the fight feels different to your training which is what screws you and gasses you out

Best thing to do if you fight Ford in Boxing or MMA is target his body/stomach because he has had a pretty major operation on it and if you keep on targeting it it could cause damage and also effect his mindset negatively during the fight knowing that there is scar tissue that could open in his stomach and intestines.

Much respect for Martyn for being humble and super friendly. Yes, bodybuilding is a special sports but doesn't mean when you hit the gym hard and having huge physique you are into body building sports....to many men or woman it's just a hobby and passion just to built muscle and to have strong and beautiful body. On the Iranian Hulk case, can't blame either Martyn nor Sajad as it was clear that no prior investigation and research done to make sure the opponent was legit and it probably true that Sajad was exploited. Martyn decision to not proceed to fight Sajad was a true Human gesture and value.

He's a huge guy but definitely not the scariest man in the world. He's a bodybuilder, plenty of pro mma fighters and boxers would destroy this guy. Just cause he's huge and has big muscles doesn't mean he can match up to high level professional fighters. People get a misconception that just cause you're big and strong you're the most dangerous when in reality take a guy like Fedor in his prime who wasn't even that big and didn't have a muscular physique and he would kill this guy. It's more about skill and technique than size and strength.

I think being labeled as the world's scariest man is probably a title that he doesn't need or even botherd about but it helps generate interest about him great promotional gimmick , as he didn't call himself that society did, even the thumbnail has it to get people to click an view it to gain interest as they could have just put "A chat with Martyn Ford?" He's not actually demanding for people to stop calling him that as he knows he is a Nice an humble guy but good promotion is healthy promotion right especially in the area of work he wants to attract😆 As for steroids people lieing about how they achieved there goals then being found out about there dishonesty doesn't help make the subject not taboo the same with cosmetic surgery. Image is the fastest way to gain interest an get notice more then Substance on social media as you can't see the latter that comes after you get noticed..
