@@philchadwick8942 Interesting, totally unaware of that. A friend oF my father cross decked on Hermes with his flight of Skyhawks-no surprises there. I wonder why the Jaguar wasn’t adopted by the FAA. It would have been perfect for ships like Hermes and Victorious.
Hi Barrie, compliments with this beautiful model of the HMS Hermes. Very realistic with the rotating radars. I find the different aircraft types with the gray and white version very nice. Greetings from also an enthusiastic Hermes builder.

Extraordinary how that small carrier could handle behemoths like the Buccaneer. Very nicely crafted model.
She handled a touch and go with a US Phantom (1963), and an RN Phantom did some approaches in 1969, although she never trapped any..
