Hey Kyle! Cool to see you reacting to this (I've caught a few of your videos over the years). I was the Lead VFX guy/wrote the music for the opening act up until the beach scenes. This was an insane project, and you could've fit the post production team into the back of a Fiat lol. I had a lot of autonomy over the first act, so as a SW nerd I just really wanted to nail down some cool visuals for every shot. I spent 2 years doing like 80-90 shots on this while also working full time. So cool to have people enjoying it now!

If you haven’t watched it already check out Star Wars Origins, was released in 2019 and I think Mark Hamill even gave credit to it, was also award winning as well. Me and my friend watched and it and the references were amazing and actually made us emotional towards the end, I think you’ll love it! From one Star Wars nerd to another! May the force be with you my friend!
I’m amazed at the quality tbh, which begs me to wonder what the budget was for this? 😳 I may not be a fan of Holden Hardman’s reactions but this fan film was fantastic!
The TIE-Fighter fan anime will forever top my charts of unofficial SW goodness. I meant to comment this on their own video, but I'm glad they deviated from ww2 air combat and put in some kinda zero g maneuvers into the space combat scenes. It reminded me of running Flight Assist Off in Elite Dangerous to a degree, not quite on point with that game though. But if you like SW Squadrons, you'd probably like Elite Dangerous. Just sayin.
The X-Wing getting shot exactly when jumping to hyperspace is one of the coolest scenes i've ever seen, and it's from a fanfilm, pretty amazing.

The second vader helmet looks kinda weird to me but that's a small nitpick
The two speeds are because of different sizes in lists of supporters - I'm guessing the slower one is a higher tier than the faster one
