But that just makes it all the more sad that when the horses were being engulfed from all sides by fawning people, that having watched the cameras, they didn’t stop the touching a long time ago. It became a baiting and click moment for people just trying to get on RUclips. So wrong. So bloody wrong.
So many tourists haven't a Clue what goes on here, so of course, they don't realize just how Important it is when a Soldier or Policeman/woman is Urging them to get back (out of the way) 🇬🇧
That woman in pink knew exactly what she was doing she had see the sign or she wouldn't have run away! Like a lot of the idiots who come to Horse guards she thinks the signs don't apply to her and the fact that the guard said nothing at all will encourage others to disobey the sign. This place is carnage and will continue to be if there isn't clear guidance given to the guards to tell people to stop touching the horses. It shouldn't be up to the public to tell people off or the MOD policewoman.
What some don't realise is that London is our Capital City therefore as it has taken on that title it belongs to ALL Brits. That is why our traditions, our soldiers our guards are extremely offended towards foreigners who disrespect them.
Am I the only one that has trouble interpreting the “don’t touch horses” sign? When I saw it initially, I saw a drawing of a skunk… with its white stripe. Could there not be a better drawing that was showing not to touch the horses ?
when i first saw pentagram i thought it was a feather like a circus horse. it took me a minute to realize what it was. very bad pentagram. also sigh and pentagram should have been placed on both sides.
You know why?? ...because they are filmed, and want to show off or to be funny. If they stop showing these clips, tourists will behave because there won't be anything to "show the world how cute" they are.
