Hello, I'm facing an issue while assigning Stiff property. I'm working with Metric SI units. After assigning the Footing, when I assign "Column Stiff", the assigned Column Stiff is going inside the Footing section, when I extrude unlike as shown in the video, and its giving a warning message, when I run the analysis.
Why am I not able to select the single joint or point in between the column in safe20? Please let me know. Whenever I select it shows 4 edges selected but not the joint. Please help me.

hello, when I imported from etabs to safe, it is not showing Loads,why?. I am using Etabs21.0.1. and safe20.3.0
