I enjoyed your video very much!! Congrats... I think a better touch is to heard the interior sound, the engines, pilots announcements rather than music, but anyway great video.. I can see Etihad is still a good option in Business Class.

Quite impressed with your experience with Etihad as I`d heard a lot of negative feedback about them and their cost-cutting measures lately. Thanks for sharing this with us. How did you find the service standards of the cabin crew on the flight?
Hey Pierre Nine... Thanks for watching and ya you have heard it right.. well to be honest Etihad has been a mixed bag for us. In recent past got a chance to experience them multiple times and in terms of crew it has turned out to be a mixed bag. Got horrible crew from Paris ( video is yet to be posted) .. they treated us like **** and it was so evident that they were rude and disrespectful. That flight ✈️ we were just waiting to get over with. On the contrary have had real good experience on 2 other flights.. class remains same .. business. Well, these days Etihad’s business has downgraded a lot days. They do have cut down choices on F&B like it used to be. Also amenities& Pajamas. And if you have flown with them in the past, you will definitely feel the pinch but overall it’s on the the crew to make a flight great.. 2 other flights have been awesome just coz of the awesome crew. They have been polite enough and it felt good!

I`ve never had occasion to travel with them to date, and given recent feedback had decided to steer clear of them until I watched your review today. You are so right about the crew in that they can turn a flight into something special or quite the opposite. My experience with Emirates has been very mixed in terms of cabin crew with some being outstanding while others are simply robotic. Thanks again!
You are most welcome Pierre Nine. In fact earlier they also used to provide bedding which has been stopped. Yes, its the same problem with Emirates..about the crew but Qatar has trained its crew really well...any sector the crew would be nice and polite..Out of the 3 ..we prefer Qatar for its soft product..mainly the crew..!

Yes since the heady days of “ Reimagined “ it has been a slow decline in every aspect of this airline
The short flight from to and from Dublin was great. But the long flights were shocking ! And to run out of food in business class is just unforgivable

Yes both.. you can book meal in advance and then u can ask for some options from the menu too.. but subj. to availability 😄
