Dude did fourteen years and acts like he's the victim. "I AIN'T NEVER HAD A CONVICTION, YOU CAN'T USE MY 1998 COVICTION AGAINST ME THAT'S BIASED." 14 years later still a self entitled victim who is looking at more felonies.
To be fair, he was arguing about a prior domestic violence conviction. The prior DV was why he couldn't get a PR bond. We don't know why he did the 14 years.
I am so impressed with this judge being fair to accused. This guy got treated with the utmost respect despite his complete lack showing any respect to, well, anyone. I can't imagine how he treats others in his everyday life. Jail seems like a good spot for him. Thanks to the fact that this judge did not take the bait and is on record treating the accused with absolute patience just takes away one more avenue for an appeal. The poor public defender that draws this guy is going to wish they hadn't.
I love when he calls the judge a liar - perfect. Wow. Even if the information is wrong (there is a very slim chance it could be some clerical error) but that is not the way to handle it.
He’s guilty. Zero idea of what he is actually accused of, but if you are flying off the handle with the judge that is trying to help, there is no chance he didn’t attack someone
Tell me you’re guilty of domestic violence without telling me you’re guilty of domestic violence because you’re too busy ranting like a goddamned mad man. If this is how he acts sober and in front of a judge, imagine his behavior if he’s say, drunk, or dealing with anyone he perceives as weaker than himself. This guy couldn’t spot emotional stability with a telescope.
@@Faithful10415 I love a good nickname and now I’m hoping I come across a dog eared dark fantasy novel in some thrift store titled The Found One. That’ll be a good read!
I think there’s a competition out there for defendants to see if being super annoying and rude will get the judge to just say “yeah, you’re right, we will just drop the whole thing”. 😂😂😂.
It's got to be so tough going through life, constantly making bad decisions and lacking the emotional stability to correct your behavior. Thank goodness the vast majority of us outgrown these issues by the age of 7.
"It wasn't a family member..." 🤦🏼♀ AND???? All that cu$$ing and carrying on is a sure fire way to make a credible argument with anyone, especially a judge hearing your case. And throw in calling the judge a liar. Brilliant!!! 🤨 COOOONNNN-tempt!!!
What I’ve noticed is being delusional and always playing the victim is such a normal thing now a days. These people are adults, but there has to be some type of consequence for acting like this. This is dangerous for the person and people around them. Especially someone like this, without a shadow of a doubt he put his hands on the girl and he fully believes he is justified and what he did is so okay that he really didn’t do anything in his head. These people are scary.
That’s why people need a lawyer. Most people do not understand the process and are frightened as well. Their first instinct is that if the judge just understood what (they think) happened this huge misunderstanding it would go away.
Mike! I invited a "displaced" couple to stay w/me while they got on their feet last summer. Turned my world upside down and inside out. 5150d both right out. Left their 2 cats behind, which I renamed and love to death!😘
Wow! Friend felt bad for local person that was Homeless. Homeless person filed Domestic Violence Assault charges against her and she couldn't get back in to her own home for over 6 weeks. Person was trying to sell her things, etc. SADNESS!!! Can't make this stuff up.

I can't believe he has an anger problem..he seems so cool and calm.
He had me fooled in the first couple of mins
Well he really showed the judge he has tremendous self control and no anger issues whatsoever.
I know, right?? 🤦🏼♀ If he can't control himself in court, can you imagine what he's like elsewhere??
Exactly!

He said early on he had no Felony convictions. Then at the end he tells the judge " I know all that, I've served 14 years ".
He served 14 years for a misdemeanor obviously

@@thomasb7347 not trying to 🤓 but I think misdemeanors can only go to a year. So I'm guessing he got a pretty serious felony back in the day.
@@mw3309 I think he was joking 😂😂
Once you reach this point in life, give up. Shut the fuk up and let other people take the wheel for awhile.
I like how he said that his dog has a zero tolerance to violence and has no issue attacking anyone if they bring that toxicity in his household.
Why do they think they can talk themselves out of jail at 1st appearance
Obviously totally innocent guy you can tell by how calm and reserved he is.
I know, right? LOL 🤣
He was obviously having a prayer meeting at his house and then he got arrested, he's a perfect angel 😇
He kept saying that he could not walk but at the end of the video he got up and walked away. We have witnessed a miracle.
Can I get an AMEN!!!!!!
Amen ! Hallelujah….praise Jesus!!! 🤣
Lawd G! 🙌🏿🔥
Can I get an amen hallelujah!!! yeah 🎉🎉😅

You said it... That man is so angry, at the wrong person! 😂
Can’t imagine this defendant losing his cool and breaking the law. Shocked. Shocked, I say. 😂
😂😂
Gotta love a judge who has a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven in the background.
😂never needs to go anywhere. He can work 24/7.
He eats, sleeps, and breathes his judicial duties,
He is probably at home and does remote bond hearings over the weekend once a month.
A lot of judges practically live in the court for long periods of time.
"He lives at his Office" literally, because he works, so much- if there was more room, he could use "a pull-out couch" I'm sure! ❤
Couldn’t be happening to a nicer guy

Wow... The judge was amazing.... Called a lier... Spicy language... Gets up & walks...
And CAN'T STOP TALKING!!
Oh, his defense attorney is going to love him.
Why does it surprise me that criminals are their own worst enemy?
He doesn’t understand legally, nobody can DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS
someone acts like that needs to be remanded until a lawyer can argue their bond.
Judge, you really think this guy can follow probation rules when he can’t even stay quiet?
I love when he calls the judge a liar - perfect. Wow. Even if the information is wrong (there is a very slim chance it could be some clerical error) but that is not the way to handle it.

Truth. I would deny bond at this point of not being able to talk as a judge
From the frenetic way the guy talks you can tell he has a short fuse.
This judge is an example of a respectable human.
Is a requirement to be a judge to have endless patience?

🤷♂🤷♂I can not believe such a carefree and fun-loving guy would have anger management issues. I just do not see it
Well he's just sweet as pie...I could never see him harming a fly 🙄 he thinks the judge is the joke, but he's the joke
I hope we can see MORE of this guy........he's awesome
.
He got shot earlier in the year, and then, ironically, shot himself in the foot by not shutting up and listening to the judge.
I can't move. I'm a mechanic. Huh??? He's so mellow and calm. Get used to jail buddy.

Interesting way to talk to a judge.
You know it’s going to get good when Mike interrupts to say one of two things:
1) Don’t worry, it gets worse.
2) Just
wait, it gets better.
😱🍿🥤🎥🎬
Actually, that's the most animated I've seen this judge. He's always so calm.
I thought the same thing, this judge is helpful and stoic generally.
This is this guy's demeanor when he doesn't have full mobility. Normally he's so much worse somebody felt it necessary to shoot him.
Pretty sure he shot himself! He totally strikes me as the type that would accidentally shoot themselves while in a drunken “tough guy” state. 😂
Why is he arguing with the judge??? And yet he gets up and walks out….
Mental illness
He really has a hyper issue!!

WHAT?!? He got shot? Why didn't he mention that before? 😂😂😂 Gee, with his winning, calm, kind personality, who on Earth would shoot him?!? 😂
Wow, that judge is trying so hard to help him and the accused just keeps slapping his hands away.
Sounds like the judge just wants money.

Why did the judge continue to offer bond when he is obviously unhinged, has already served time for THE SAME crime and has no remorse??
Uh...I think he broke his Talus bone (HAAA). In case you didn't hear me the first 100 times I said it

That guy needs some medication and psychiatric help. He is clearly not well
He should have been slapped with at least 90 days for contempt and charged with perjury.
