    He said early on he had no Felony convictions. Then at the end he tells the judge " I know all that, I've served 14 years ".

      To be fair, he was arguing about a prior domestic violence conviction. The prior DV was why he couldn't get a PR bond. We don't know why he did the 14 years.

    I am so impressed with this judge being fair to accused. This guy got treated with the utmost respect despite his complete lack showing any respect to, well, anyone. I can't imagine how he treats others in his everyday life. Jail seems like a good spot for him. Thanks to the fact that this judge did not take the bait and is on record treating the accused with absolute patience just takes away one more avenue for an appeal. The poor public defender that draws this guy is going to wish they hadn't.

    I love when he calls the judge a liar - perfect. Wow. Even if the information is wrong (there is a very slim chance it could be some clerical error) but that is not the way to handle it.

If this is how he acts sober and in front of a judge, imagine his behavior if he’s say, drunk, or dealing with anyone he perceives as weaker than himself. This guy couldn’t spot emotional stability with a telescope.

    I think there’s a competition out there for defendants to see if being super annoying and rude will get the judge to just say “yeah, you’re right, we will just drop the whole thing”. 😂😂😂.

    What I’ve noticed is being delusional and always playing the victim is such a normal thing now a days. These people are adults, but there has to be some type of consequence for acting like this. This is dangerous for the person and people around them. Especially someone like this, without a shadow of a doubt he put his hands on the girl and he fully believes he is justified and what he did is so okay that he really didn’t do anything in his head. These people are scary.

      That’s why people need a lawyer.
      Most people do not understand the process and are frightened as well. Their first instinct is that if the judge just understood what (they think) happened this huge misunderstanding it would go away.

    Wow! Friend felt bad for local person that was Homeless. Homeless person filed Domestic Violence Assault charges against her and she couldn't get back in to her own home for over 6 weeks. Person was trying to sell her things, etc. SADNESS!!! Can't make this stuff up.
