Today at the TRS studio, we have with us one of my all-time favourite songwriters and singers - Prateek Kuhad. He has established himself as the biggest voice in the Indian Indie music scene. It's been an honour knowing him as a brother, in the last couple of years. After our 1st podcast during the lockdown, there have been immense changes in both our careers and personalities. Jab se Ranveer sir ke videos dekhne shuru kiye hai within 6 months meri life pure tarike se change hui hai . november 2021 mai muze kuch samajh nhi aa raha tha ki meri life kis track pe jaa rahi hai . mai pehle se meditation ke baarfe mai jaanti ti lekin jab se Ranveer sir ki ganja wali story ka video dekha tab se ek positive feeling aane lagi . sir Iam your biggest fan ... Thank you so much Ranveer sir muze help karne ke liye . meri life mai kuch personal problems chal rahi thi jinki wajah se mai kisi bhi chiz mai concentrate nhi kr paa rahi thi . Ranveer sir aap ko pata bhi hai ki aapne aapne kaam se kitane logonki help kii hai hats off to you sir . Listening to these podcasts and especially Ranveer as a person, makes me more aware about my emotions and mind. And, soul is one of the most incredible movies ive watched on someone's recommendation, now it's me who recommends it a lot to people around me n my friends.

This was really vulnerable podcast. Good to see this side of Prateek Kuhad. My few highlights from this podcast -
1) Being honest with yourself and your outer world. It's a reflection in either case .
2) At some level you can achieve whatever you want, it's just that you have to stick that long.
3) The Bali Trip awakening.
4) Not using arrogance as a tool to feel powerful.
5) Any extreme emotions usually triggers art.
6) Breaking narrative around broken heart produces best music.
7) Breaking down attention which is art affects people in a completely different way.
