What a tremendous blessing to have Jesus! It’s easy to get stuck in comparing our lives to others and when we can only look at the outside, we tend to focus on things, like cars and homes and presents under a tree. When some of us don’t have our own home, car or a tree of our own, we can feel lacking and less than. But praise God, even those living below the poverty level can be rich with Jesus! Rich for eternity! Blessed forever! I’d rather have Jesus than anything! HalleluYaH! Thank you for posting this. We need more good music that tells us about the only good One!

Fallen angels followed by fallen men have since their fall allied together to usurp the dominion of this perishing world for themselves. Of course, the fact being, Satan and his band of evil spirits needing to work through men! This is the reason all the truly Godly make a conscious decision to forsake the love of this world before turning to God, and indeed God is faithful to provide. And, the Godless on the other hand, barter away their souls for the temporal fame, name & riches of this wicked & perishing world.
I had a chance 4 $$ 2 day, I said give to charity! I lost $$ but rather have GODS APPROVAL THAN MANS! I THINK I PASSED THE TEST! PRAISE GOD FOREVER HE IS A MIGHTY GOD!
I love Selah. But the lyrics, "this world affords today"...I've been singing "this world of thorns today". 🙄😂 Now I feel dumb. However my incorrect lyrics actually work though since this world has never been as thorny as it is today! And I've seen people around me choose meaningless 'thorns' in this world, rather than Jesus. But thanks for the lyrics to correct me! 😊
