- It is crazy to think that two weeks before this video. That the water level on the trees, of Lake Hume, has risen up to new heights. As the Eagles nest from a previous video. Is now right on the waterline. Chasing the Golden Perch around the trees. Seen me land some impressive specimens, as far as Golden Perch are concerned. Casting some Lipless Crankbaits from McGrath lures around. It did not take long for the fish to hit the deck.

Nice job Trent
Cheers 🤙👍
Another great video, 3 lovely fish, and a beautiful morning on the water.
Nice some awesome fish there.
Very well done pal looks like a great day great fish
Cool Video 📹. Good times. Be mindful that once you are at fish #3 with two poles, once you get fish #4 before the 5 limit, you should only be fishing with 1 pole. The idea behind that for Fish and Game is if you are at fish #4 and only need one more for the limit, fishing botb rods still has a chance at a double hook up and as delicate trout are if you be so luck two double, then you be technically over limit because the chances of a clean release of over fish is great.
Thanks for the tips!
Nice as always mate.
Great video mate, livescope looks like a good investment when she’s tough!
Awesome thanks
Reckon this time of year they will still be fishing as well? Great vid mate
Hi Trent great video, Can you please tell me what you think of your Panoptix, also where do you get the transducer pole and brackets from? They look so much better than using it on the electric outboard. Cheers Tony
Hey Tony. My thoughts on Panoptix or Livescope. Is that I'm super happy with it. Using it in conjunction with your traditional sonar, as in 2d, down imaging and side imaging is awesome. Best way to describe it is like a precise tool. It gives you confidence in the areas you select to fish, as you can now see the fish and how they react. Also a bit of a time saver, as if you not seeing any activity or reactions, you can move on alot quicker, to find active fish. But also having said that, there are days when the fish are just not interested, and you can get stuck on trying to make the fish react. But overall for me I definitely think it was worth it for me. Everyone is different but for me, it going to help answer alot of questions that I have with fish activity. The pole came for Rob Payne Engineering, you can find him on Facebook. Very well made and they are set up for Using them with D sized Ram mounts. I went the pole option because, I love river fishing, and where I live there is alot of current. So having it on the electric would mean that I would not be able to scan around freely. As the electric is always pointing into the current. I will have to do a few videos on my set up, and views and settings etc. 🤙👍
@@TrentFreersFishing thanks mate great feedback, I'll look Rob up and I think for me fishing fast currents along with open waters would make a transducer pole invaluable..thanks again. Cheers Tony
Hi Trent, great video. What type and size Ram mounts are you using for your livescope screen and pole?
I barely run Trebles anymore for yellas!!!!
Great fish mate, what depth you fishing those trees in?
The trees that I was fishing, were in 7mtrs 🤙👍
