Sir - My uncle bought equity shares in IPO allotment in Aug-2016. He sold all shares in Aug-2021 at a profit of Rs 85000/-. STT was not paid while buying the shares due to IPO allotment. STT paid only at the time of selling the shares. What is the amount of tax my uncle has to pay? Which IT section is application in his case? 112A?

      Sir I have a doubt
agar kisi ki income hi nahi ho, par uske pass purchase kiye hue shares hon lekin becha nahi hai , to kya usko bhi ITR file karni hogi ? dividends are below 5000 and shares r purchased on or after January 2022, and the purchaser is in 10% loss , still he has to file?
      and 1 more doubt
