Hey, I'm experiencing an issue where when i connect this from a 32 channel YAMAHA sound mixer, the gain seems to be uncontrollable. The interface picks up a sound where even with a very little gain controlled from the mixer, the sound records the audio in a large distorted input (HEAVILY LOUD). This happens even after keeping the USB interfaces Gain Slider at 0%. Any Idea to fix this?
Hello, I've tried recording and playing with a mixer but had no issues with gain/volume by using the mixer's Main Out. I'd try the Headphone Monitor Out of the mixer then connect to the Interface. Hope this helps!

Adobe audition recognises it but it doesn't receive any audio from the mic
Try first with the direct monitor. If you can receive audio from the interface itself, try tinkering with Audition's settings.

No pre amps needed, its plug and play.

I haven't tried it, but I think you'd want to use an OTG cable and a compatible app on your phone.

Hey there, have you tried using another type-c cable? To try if a cable works, try plugging a phone and see if it can transfer files. Hope it works.
