Honestly, this was one of the first horror movies I watched and the Syngenor, was the the best monster's I had seen, even to this day!! Cover art was huge especially when there was no online video streaming. I know this had multiple covers but the one at my local beta rental store was, the one with the Syngenor clasping a womans head on the front cover.
The fact that the creature was not over done (meaning not having six arms, tentacles everywhere etc). The two leg walking humanoid like fiqure with two big silver eyes is what made it so mencing for me. Tall, sharp claws, the almost cyborg appearance all came together. I often times will drive with my kids and ask them who would be the most fitting monster in a specific atmosphere ie; camp site/woods; Jason, full moon; werewolf, dark cold night Dracula etc. Whenever there is any underground, sewer involvement or parkade; the Syngenor is the one!!
Thank you for your art and sharing it with the world. I fear this type stuff will never be again. So...thank you!!
