Scipio is tanky. I would go sun primary and Scipio secondary for tanks this early in game. Depends who you have so far but just noticing your focusing on sun which is a great main priority. I would probably go with your boudica.
Sun Osman or Sun Eljui dont do Scipio he gives counterattack what is good in the first 60 days of a KD but since there is no civil war he is a walking hospital bill and a waste of heads so early

Bro kind advice, Leadership isn't great for you as you have more troops,it is useful only if you use more than two types of troop, like using all your troops(like 10k Inf, 10k Cav , arch and Seige all together)
