...the last time I drove around the Wayne/Paterson/Rt 23/46 areas was in 1994 - thirty years ago and these drives bring back memories of the years that I lived in NJ (born 1949 - left 1979)
...I'm glad I don't hafta drive in northern NJ or in NY anymore - but I enjoy these drives, seeing hills & 'mountains' - all the terrain here in South Florida is pretty much 'featureless' - flat as far as the eye can see...
...is the Shelton/Old Spice place still there on Rt 46 in Clifton - and is Hoffman-LaRoche still around in Nutley??? I remember those 'iconic' scents when driving by both places...
...it seems so much easier to know your directions(find your way, if lost) here in So FL because everything - or just about everything - is oriented in a N-S./E-W grid
