I am really enjoying this series. I wish I could be a patreon but can't afford it I am sorry. But you would get some awesome stories from where u grew up. I could give you a few to look up and some of you may of heard about in the early 80's there was a young man in jail he was allowed to leave jail to attend his father's funeral however while he was out the house he was staying in started raining inside sometime from the floor to the ceiling or from wall to wall the police were called and have gone on to make statements that the story is true. My best friends step father told us he was actually there so that's how I knew of it. But even after the funeral and when he was back in jail he asked for a priest to visit him as he felt possessed (a lot of other crazy things happened at the house witnessed by police as well) and these things were witnessed by inmates and jail staff as they started happening in jail. It was really crazy. I am from a very small town in PA East Stroudsburg very close to Allentown. Then there was this old haunted hotel we would all meet at sneak in and drink as it was abandoned even though there was a guy that watched it. I had a lot of experiences in that place as well as the guy who watched it. A group of my boyfriend's friends left in a truck there one night after drinking and got on the extremely windy roads. Needless to say only a few of them got out of that accident alive. Very sad.

Singapore actually has a lot of ghost stories, but it's pretty difficult to hunt them down. Most of what I've heard was through word of mouth, or Chinese articles. But your telling of the story of the National Museum of Singapore is pretty chilly. I went there during an outing with some friends more than ten years ago. The iron spiral staircase was open then, so I decided to try to climb it to see what was above. But when I touched it, a chill went down my spine, and I lost the nerve to explore. It had a menacing aura, but maybe because of the lack of furniture or the lighting around it. I never went back there again.

As a long-time watcher of this channel, I was certainly not expecting my hometown to be the first city featured on this video--very surreal to hear all the names of my stomping grounds and to see the pictures. Growing up, everyone talked about Baker Mansion and the wedding dress. The outside staircase of the mansion is a common place for high schoolers to take prom pictures (I myself did this). I have also taken tours of it and unfortunately never saw or experienced anything paranormal, but it's very beautiful and with a rich history. On the strictly historical tours, the paranormal reputation is not mentioned.
Interestingly, Wopsonock Mountain itself (mentioned in the Betty case) is said to have its own paranormal phenomena, especially the dangerous bend on the mountain called "the Devil's Elbow", as is a theater in downtown Altoona called the Mishler Theater. Gotta love an urban legend.
    Great video!

I grew up in some of the older bigger houses of the Jefferson Ave area and I swear alot of the those houses were haunted I definitely know my moms and dads houses were feeling dread in my dads after My grandparents passing. My moms was a different totally different story, always felt scared in there room when I was younger and my room I always had terrible reoccurring dreams and the voices and shadows. The creepiest thing was that alot of times my brother and I had the same dream multiple nights. Don’t even get me started what my dad found in that we house when that first bought it, finding spell books and Demonic symbols. And now the daughter of the previous owner wants to buy it back from my mom for a price more than it’s worth (Before Covid). Saginaw definitely has a dark history.

A house in my old street is believed to be cursed as no one stayed there for longer than a year. No one knows what happened but some say that a man had killed his wife there and since then the house is cursed.
The first couple i know that lived there, the husband kidnapped the children to another country and they never saw their mom again. The wife looked everywhere for them but only recently (more than ten years after they were kidnapped) but they want nothing to do with her.
The second was a family of four. At first everything went well and they lived happily together but soon after moving in the parents began fighting, to the point it got physical. They separated and both got another partner bit the fights continue. Soon after the mom moved out of the house and they miraculously stopped fighting.
The third was a guy with two sons who had lost his wife. He had picture of his wife and her belongings in the house and one day he went out, only to return with his house in flames and firefighters at his door. He was gone for less than half an hour and lost most of his belongings. They say that the old tv caught fire.
Then over the years several families moved in and out, but none stayed long

I never hear people analyzing or processing of the consequences if ghosts are indeed real. I don't think anyone of us would love to become a wandering specter, tied to a place and time. I am also sure no one would like a loved one to face such bondage. So, how would a person's soul get locked to a place? What are the mechanics. Is it proof of life after death or something worse, something that no one would be willing to accept.

It just goes to show. If your parents wont let you marry who you want, just dont marry anyone. That was way worse for them back then. No money to take care of then when they're old. Unless they were lucky and got a fortune somehow. Ahhh olden times.
Also, that turtle statue is in the common of my home city. It's awesome to see something from Worcester here. That's so crazy. I never knew anything about that guy, and Spider Gates is legendary. Sadly I never got to go as due to vandalizing it's been closed to the public. You have to get permission to go there and they have police patrols.

I feel so bad for the lady in the first story. I will never understand why people have children and then choose to deprive them of happiness, or even feel they have the right to. Nobody should dictate to you who your future spouse is, you choose your own life partner. Completely baffles me how people even today still deprive their adult children of happiness and love for sake of reputation.

I live in Saginaw. My mom, wife and myself went to the cemetery 1 night around 2 or 3, taking pictures and what not. We heard some creepy things. What sounded like a scream. Well, we get home and my dad is looking at the pics on his computer when he yells to come here. He zoomed in on 1 picture and it looked like a man in a tux coming out of a headstone. No joke!!

Ghost stories abound where I've lived very happily for the last 25+ years.
Not just the fact that, as the Ha Noians call her, our beloved Ha Noi is over 1000 years old but I live in a country where over 3.6 million unarmed civillians were violently, brutally & hideously murdered.
I've got a few stories like the Ghost who loved me, Nguyen Thi Hang who I still think of at times.
I didn't fall in love with Hang but was deeply touched by her feelings & heat broken with her very real predicament.

Saginaw Michigan is not to far from us. The old train station, the lumber Barrons house and the cemetery by Saint Marys hospital along with the “ cat ladies house “ right across the street, she owned several big cats like a black panther and walked them down the street on a leash. They are remodeling the cat ladies house now.
