I think the best idea of a Ratatouille 2 is for there to be a group of female rats because there where none in the first and only film. Maybe they can join sides and make food but can't because of the humans. This is why I call Ratatouille 2: The Food Gendrerater. In short term... Gendre... Rater... Generater because the two gendres unite with eachother.
I don't think it needs a sequel it stands on it own. I think it just one of those movies that don't need a second one. Like Toy story and land before time sometimes to many sequels can be bad.
