I kinda felt like I had a bad day and bad evening. It's my third ASMR video tonight, and I finally start to feel less anxious and a bit more relaxed. As for new year, it was pretty different than usual for me because I was with friends, they were playing smash while I was scrolling through memes and suddenly one of them said "Holy s. It's midnight! Happy new year guys!" And we all said happy new year and it was all. No noisy triggering things, no awkward celebration, just a quick appreciation for the people we're with to have started another year with us and we went back to normal, I liked it, it was calm 👍 Hope everyone had a greay start of the year and a great holiday (if you had it) and may you have a happy and successful 2022!
Wow this was so relaxing normally I have a super hard time trying to relax I just couldn't stop my mind for and to resting. I also have intrusive thoughts which always shrouds everything when I'm trying to calm down and just enjoy peace, this really helped I'm so happy ❤️
