Well.. Cant deny Sohyang is a very good professional singer too. ( I wont even n cant say who is better singer becos im not qualify to) But I personally prefer Haeri's voice.. Becos everytime she sing.. she touches my heart n soul. Now I just cant wait for her solo debut.. been so long... Man... No idea why her company doesnt give her debut until now. way long overdue.
Let's not compare Haeri to Sohyang; Sohyang is in a different level. I just want to say that this song is the best in the songs she performed on this show, even better than Snowflower. I understood nothing of this song until I watched a sub, but she sang it so emotionally. All I have to say is speechless. Haeri is very good at singing ballads like this, it reminds me of Sunflower of Park Sang Min which she burst into tears at the end of the performance.

News flash: you can prefer someone else's tone like Haeri while also appreciating the other one instead of calling it 'boring'. Sohyang's performance of 'Breathe' for instance was exceptional. If her tone is 'boring' then I guess it's time to give up our dreams in singing 'cause we can't even sound as good as her. Lee Haeri is one of my all-time favorite ballad singer, but it doesn't make Sohyang 'boring' especially because I have a perfectly functioning ears free of biases.
Regardless who is better. Both are very good and will appeal to different audience i guess. Anyone who say either are bad.. is a bad person. Becos they cant be bad.. They are real professional n well regarded Vocalist. But... sometimes.. i cant help but to think could it be too much of a coincidence. She became Queen.. becos she is gonna solo debut soon. Then now since the debut is almost coming out. She lost the crown. So she got more time for herself now to fully focus on performing her debut stages. lol.
