flair is just fancy looking passes and shooting. it increases the accuracy so less errors when flair passing. this is mainly to trick the opponents, or just look cool.
Also If u have flair trait and your player has finesse shot flair will active to make your player shot in finesse style when the appropriate moment rises. If u don't have flair u have to activate finesse by yourself thats what I noticed see the difference between someone that has flair and finesse shot to someone that only has finesse shot
