"Lian Huan Quan" comes in various form depending on the Shifu teaching it. The objective of this form is not fighting but to teach the basics of punch, kicks and stances. This is the first form learned in Shaolin. If I remember correctly, it's the (fire fist form) and the one learned after is "Xiao Hong Quan" known as the (little red fist) form.
@MasterPedroJoe The guy at the beggining ( 0:03 to 0:20 ) is doing the lian huan quan , but he's doing the small version of it. There are 2 different lian huan quans. This is the rookie one. The instructions are not for the whole form though
This is NOT wubu quan! Though it looks a little similarly. There are several variants of wubu but all of them assume certain sequence of stances. This short routine is unknown for me, but however is NICE!

Ricky, where are you? Its your friend Pat. I tried to find you in April when I was in San Francisco. Message me back if you get this.
Hey! Where's the second part! This is not even HALF of it!!
its not wu bu quan, its not even the full version of lian huan quan. its like 40% of it
actually five stance boxing would be "wu(five) bu(stance) quan(fist/boxing)".
...as far as I know....
omg its obviously not wu bu quan =__= all these stupid comments
