Great video. I live in up-state NY and have been to the Adirondacks and the 1000 Islands area many, many times over the last 45 years I've lived here. Gorgeous country. But I've never ridden my Harley up there before. This inspires me to get er done.
Being together but separated is something I cherish on a motorcycle road trip. It makes the end of the day more special because you can now talk about your experience.
YOU TWO! Your God has truly blessed you. I watch your videos and think to myself, the want of anything more than what you have and experience would be folly. I envy you both. Keep on truckin
Great video guy's, I moved to Texas from N.J. a couple of yrs ago. And the fall riding is one thing I really miss, to see all the landscape change on a route that you would ride everyday is a blessing in disguise. Thanks for the video. Awesome job.
Just went on the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina and what a spectacular site. My Harley didn't go much over 35 and enjoying the color and looking down on the city/ towns. It was amazing!
Great editing and story. Keep doing this. Beautiful views, real people commentary and music that worked so well together. Watched it a couple times. Subscribed.
Watching this made me so happy! You guys are incredible and I could see the joy in your faces all throughout that trip. I'm a fellow North Easter and I love how many beautiful areas are accessible with just a short ride. Maybe one day we can meet up and cruise! Keep up the amazing work.
Love your work man. Authentic, evocative and in this one some spectacular scenery. Just wish it wasn't 2am because I wanna ride so bad after watching this! Your stuff is a breath of fresh air in a mostly acrid RUclips.
Beautiful area, like to ride that sometime. Enjoyed the video , just wish it'd been longer. I've been riding off and on for 45 years from back when riding was less accepted by the masses, - well now it's more common place and more enjoyable without as much hate... or jealousy, whichever it was.
WOW stubbled onto this great video would love to know the route you took as my wife and I are planning on riding in New York plus a few remaining states yet covered on teh upper East Coast. Love the video
Jay, I've enjoyed you and Virginia's video's very much. You both are an inspiration, even to some of us who are much older. Virginia's delving into the design of her own bike (other video) and actually building it are way super cool. My wife and I have ridden for many years, but she just recently decided to try riding her own bike. Seeing your video cements her conviction. Hat's off to you two, for what you're doing. Curious, what happened to Virginia's earlier Evo Sportster? In this video she's on a Shovelhead. A cool move in my opinion, but I'm partial to the Shovels, LOL. Great to see old iron, Iron head Sporties and Shovels still being ridden, especially by a couple as cool as you two. Keep up what you two are doing!
This has always been my life goals with my husband! We have to move out midwest or east Northern California sucks the life out. Thanks for sharing your journey ❤
Northern Cali is probably one of the most diverse areas in the world when it comes to scenic rides. Snow, Ocean, cliffs, elevation, Desert across the state border, red woods, waterfalls, etc etc.
OK! Sorry to keep asking questions? LOL! Did you have the gimbal & Gopro attached to a selfie stick or did you use a arm band? Where did you put the camera after you did the clip while riding? Did you like just put it between your legs in the seat until you stopped? Thank you for all the time in your replies.
I have left a comment about your video and thanks for the reply. I'm getting ready to do my first motorcycle trip. I love this video!!! How did you get the side shots of the other motorcycle in a few of the chips. I know one of the shots is with the gopro on the side of your helmet. I'm curious of how you did some of the other shots. Thanks for all your help. Hoping you can do some other motorcycle documentary and trips. Your videos are didn't from the norm!!!!! You are an inspiration.

The moment you specified “with your wife” I thought “you did it right”. You found a woman that rides her own and wants to be your wife too. That’s my 2-part goal the next time. Thank You for mentioning that.
Jay, what can you tell me about the gloves you and Virginia were wearing? They seem to be simple leather gloves, but there must be more to them, considering the cold you faced!
Hey, we were mostly wearing Bushwak gloves, they have a variety of thicknesses but on the coldest day I was wearing some cheap thinsulate ones from Tractor Supply. Our hands were not warm, a lot of riding while holding the engine ha.
what resolution and framerate did you video on the motorcycles? What timeline resolution and frame rate did you use when putting together this video? Great video
Love your video, what camera did you use while riding on the motorcycle? I loved how you could hear the sound of the motorcycle on some of the shots without a lot of wind noise...Did you do anything special to reduce the wind noise? Great video!!!!
thanks! while riding we used a GoPro 4 on a gimbal, and the wind noise was reduced when I had it on my helmet because it was in the enclosed case with the open back, seemed to work out pretty well.
Superbe périple jolie balade j'aimerais bien le faire un jour merci beaucoup ✌️🤓
Our planet is amazingly beautiful. Glad I ran across this video today. Amazing scenery. Thanks for sharing!
Watching this never gets old!!!

Really cool.Nice couple having fun on their vintage Harleys👍
Great video. Mount from a guy who can’t ride no more that was a thrill. Always knew the north east would be beautiful in fall.

What was the name of the place were the 1000 island dressing was served?
Mon rêve et d avoir une moto comme ça
Ohh my god
AMAZING!
what resolution and framerate did you video on the motorcycles? What timeline resolution and frame rate did you use when putting together this video? Great video
thanks, shooting I'd use either 1920x1080 or 4k, in 30p, and edited in a 1920x1080/30p timeline.
❤️❤️❤️
why only left side rear view mirrors?
NJ law required at least one and having it on the left is more useful.
Cool
Can someone please tell what's the name of the motorcycle she rides ? I love her bike , please?
bit late to the party but if you're still wondering, 1976 Harley Shovelhead fxe.
Cool as
